The College is looking for physiotherapists to join a new focus group that will help guide our equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenization (EDII) work.
We welcome people with a wide range of perspectives and lived experiences. Your experiences may come from your personal background, community involvement, education, or professional work.

Time Commitment
- The group is expected to meet six times between summer 2026 and spring 2027
- Meetings will be held virtually
- Each meeting will be up to three hours
- Additional meetings may be added if needed
Compensation
- $55 per hour for meeting time
- $53 per hour for meeting preparation

For written, voice or video submissions, please include your full name, and a brief description of how you believe you can contribute to the group. For example, you belong to a group that has not always been treated fairly (this may include Indigenous Peoples, racialized communities, people with disabilities, or members of the LGBTQ2S+ community), you have faced challenges or obstacles because of who you are, or you have worked with or alongside these communities.
Any information you share will only be used to assess your fit for the focus group. Your information will be kept confidential, stored separately from your registrant profile and will not be used for any other College processes.
