Two New Standards Approved by the Board of Directors: Effective November 1, 2024

The Board of Directors has approved two new Standards of Practice during their September 23, 2024 meeting, to take effect on November 1, 2024:

• Evidence-Informed Practice Standard 
• Titles, Credentials, and Specialty Designations Standard

Note: The Restricted Titles, Credentials and Specialty Designations Standard will be rescinded on November 1, 2024. In the meantime, registrants should continue to follow the expectations outlined in the current Restricted Titles, Credentials and Specialty Designations Standard.

We encourage all registrants to familiarize themselves with the new Standards.
