I still believe that the invoicing where every PTA that has worked with a patient needs to be listed is something very difficult to accomplish for smaller clinics. This is another reason that strongly deters me from working with PTAs. Insurance guidelines also worry me where some say that pta services cannot be covered under pt services such as blue cross.
