On June 17, 2014 a panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee referred allegations pertaining to Zak Bayat to the Discipline Committee for a hearing. On June 9, 2016 a panel of the Discipline Committee ordered this matter adjourned sine die.
Summary of the Allegations:
At the conclusion of a discipline hearing in November 2013 a panel of the Discipline Committee ordered Mr. Bayat to pay costs to the College in the amount of $25 000. Mr. Bayat has failed to make any payments to the College as required by the Order.
