HICs: IPC Annual Statistics due by March 3!

It’s time to submit your annual statistics to the Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) of Ontario!

Health Information Custodians (HICs) are required to submit annual breach statistics to the IPC. Even if you had no breaches, you must submit a report.

The IPC’s statistics submission website is now open. The deadline to submit for the 2024 reporting year is Monday, March 3, 2025.
