Revocations & Suspensions
The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario regulates the practice of the 8500+ physiotherapists in Ontario. The College is responsible for protecting and serving the public interest by ensuring that physiotherapists provide high-quality, competent and ethical services.
Following the provisions set out in the Health Professions Procedural Code which is section 2 of the Regulated Health Professions Act the College is required to make certain information about physiotherapists available to the public. These requirements are outlined in section 23(2) of the Code.
For ease of reference, the following physiotherapists have had their certificates of registration suspended or revoked or have resigned during an investigation and agreed to never practice as a physiotherapist in Ontario.

The following individuals have had their certificates of registration revoked at the conclusion of a discipline hearing and are not permitted to practice as physiotherapists in Ontario:
Revocation—Fitness to Practise
The following individuals have had their certificates of registration revoked at the conclusion of a fitness to practise hearing and are not permitted to practice as physiotherapists in Ontario:
The certificates of registration for the following individuals have been suspended as a result of a disciplinary proceeding. These individuals are not permitted to practice as physiotherapists during the period of suspension.
Resignations while Facing a Proceeding
The following individuals resigned from the College while involved in an investigation or proceeding and have agreed to never practice as a physiotherapist in Ontario.
