Annual Registration Renewal 2017
The Online Annual Registration Renewal system is available from February 1 to March 31, 2017.
Other options include submitting your completed Registration Renewal form by mail, fax, email or in person. The College is open from 8:30 am—4:30 pm Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).
If you renew after March 31, 2017, you must pay a $225 late fee, along with your $595 renewal fee for a total of $820.

If you are not planning to practice physiotherapy or use the title of physiotherapist in Ontario, you may resign from the College. To resign you must let the College know in writing (by email, fax or mail) as soon as possible.

Electronic tax receipts will be emailed to all physiotherapists who renew by the end of May 2017.
Confirm Your Registration
To confirm that you have successfully renewed, check your profile on the Public Register.
Changes to the Password Process
In the past, the College gave members the ability to change their own passwords online. The College no longer has access to your password. If you do not remember your password, you have two options:
1) Go online and click Forgot Password? on the Online Member Portal. Enter your registration number and the email address that we have on file for you. Your password will be reset and a new password will be emailed to you.
2) Call 416-591-3828 ext. 222 or 1-800-583-5885 ext. 222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and staff will assist you in resetting your password.
